Wisteria Ridge is an exclusive AT&T community. Our residents will have access to higher speeds and convenient service.

Yes, we welcome your furry pets! There is a non-refundable $350/pet fee and a reoccurring monthly pet rent of $15/pet.

Exotic, vicious, or aggressive breed animals are not allowed. Maximum of 2 pets per Residence allowed.

Office hours are as follows:

• Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
• Saturday 9 am to 1 pm. 
• The office will be closed on Sundays.

Yes, we require property liability insurance. We also recommend renter's insurance for personal contents.

We conveniently enroll you in our Community Policy, which meets the required liability insurance requirements, but you may opt out by providing documentation verifying that your private policy meets the requirements.

Yes! Wisteria Ridge is proud to offer a Preferred Employer Program that provides exclusive leasing benefits to employees of select local employers and community partners.
