Are Utilities Included in Rent?
Utilities are not included in monthly rent. Each resident is responsible for setting up water, power and cable/internet directly with providers.
Wisteria Ridge is an exclusive AT&T community. Our residents will have access to higher speeds and convenient service.
Is Wisteria Ridge Pet Friendly?
Yes, we welcome your furry pets! There is a non-refundable $350/pet fee and a reoccurring monthly pet rent of $15/pet.
Exotic, vicious, or aggressive breed animals are not allowed. Maximum of 2 pets per Residence allowed.
What Amenities are Available at Wisteria Ridge?
We provide a number of additional benefits to our residents, including a fitness center, pool, and cabana. To see a full list of our amenities, visit the "amenities" page on our website.
What are the Hours of Operations for the Office?
Office hours are as follows:
- Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
- Saturday 9 am to 1 pm.
- The office will be closed on Sundays.
Are you in the Oconee County School System?
Yes! Wisteria Ridge Apartments is in fact within the popular Oconee County School District in Watkinsville and a terrific choice for those looking to enroll their children.
Is Liability Insurance Required?
Yes, we require property liability insurance. We also recommend renter's insurance for personal contents.
We conveniently offer the required liability insurance, as well as other desired coverage, through a preferred partner to make your transition to Wisteria Ridge as seamless as possible.
